Eight years ago, I was sleeping on an air mattress, a single mom to a two-year-old, with no money, no business skills, and no clear path forward. All I had was a Pilates and yoga certification—and a deep belief that I was meant for more.

I remember the exhaustion of working endless hours just trying to make ends meet. The fear of failing. The pressure of wanting to give my daughter a life I didn’t even know how to create. I signed up for more trainings, thinking another certification would finally make me successful. But no matter how much I learned, I still felt stuck.

When I finally stopped chasing the next credential and started learning how to build a career, not just take classes, everything changed. I learned how to position myself, how to attract clients, how to create demand for my expertise. I stopped waiting for someone to give me an opportunity and built my own.
