Southern Soul Yoga Teacher Training (200-Hour) Terms and Conditions

By electing to enroll in the Southern Soul 200-Hour Yoga Teacher Training program (hereinafter “you” or “Client”) provided by Southern Soul LLC (hereinafter “Southern Soul” or “Company”), you agree and willingly purchase entry into this program. By purchasing online or opting in via the early bird option, you voluntarily enter into a legally binding Agreement with Southern Soul, inclusive of the following terms and conditions mutually agreed upon:

For good and valuable consideration as outlined below, the receipt and sufficiency of which is hereby acknowledged by all parties, Client is electing to purchase access to the Southern Soul 200-Hour Yoga Teacher Training program. In exchange, Southern Soul agrees to provide the services outlined in the Program Outline below.

1. Program Outline

Client agrees and understands that they are purchasing access to the Southern Soul 200-Hour Yoga Teacher Training program, a comprehensive training designed to provide the knowledge, skills, and experience necessary to become a certified 200-Hour Yoga Teacher.

Client acknowledges that they have read the Program Curriculum Addendum and conducted any additional research necessary to feel confident in what is being provided in the Yoga Teacher Training program and what is not included.

If at any time a Client is found to be disruptive, making disparaging or defamatory comments about the Program, Southern Soul, or any Southern Soul team members, or otherwise negatively impacting the Program for others, Southern Soul reserves the right to remove such Client without refund.

2. Refund Policy

Southern Soul wholly believes in the effectiveness of this training and offers a 14-day refund guarantee for Clients who are not satisfied with the program. Clients must submit refund requests in writing to Southern Soul within 14 days from their purchase date.

After the 14-day period, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances. Clients who choose a payment plan are still financially responsible for all remaining payments after the refund period has passed.

If a refund is granted within the 14-day window, the Client can expect reimbursement within 30 days in the same manner in which payment was made. If a refund is not granted, the Client remains financially responsible for payment in full of the Program.

3. Payment and Payment Plan

Client agrees to render payment via Credit Card on Southern Soul’s checkout page for the 200-Hour Yoga Teacher Training program. Client understands they are responsible for full payment and agrees to pay via Southern Soul’s secure checkout system or through a designated third-party payment processor.

Payment Options:

✅ One-time payment: $2,997 USD (pay in full and unlock exclusive bonuses!)

✅ 6-month payment plan: $537 per month for 6 months ($3,240 total)

✅ 12-month payment plan: $277 per month for 12 months ($3,360 total)

If Client elects to purchase the Yoga Teacher Training program via a payment plan, they agree to automatic billing on the same date each month.

• If payment fails, the Client will have a 6-day grace period to make the payment before a $200 late fee is applied.
• If payment is not received after 6 days, access to the Program may be revoked until payments resume.
• Client understands that choosing to stop participation in the program does not relieve them of their financial obligation to complete payments in full.

4. Non-Disclosure & Intellectual Property

Client acknowledges that Southern Soul provides proprietary materials as part of the training, including teaching methodologies, sequencing, class templates, cueing scripts, playlists, anatomy breakdowns, and business strategies. These materials are confidential and may not be shared, copied, or distributed.

Any violation of these terms, including repurposing program materials for personal use or resale, will result in immediate termination from the Program without refund and may result in legal action.

5. Client Conduct & Removal Policy

Client agrees to engage in the Yoga Teacher Training program in a professional and respectful manner. Southern Soul reserves the right to remove any Client who:

• Engages in defamatory, harmful, or inappropriate behavior towards instructors or fellow trainees.
• Disrupts the learning environment for others.
• Shares confidential program materials in any way.

Should a Client be removed from the Program, they will forfeit access to all materials and will not receive a refund.

6. Certification Requirements

To receive a 200-Hour Yoga Teacher Certification, Client must:

✔ Successfully complete all coursework and training sessions (virtual + in-person).
✔ Complete the required practicum hours and final teaching assessment.
✔ Demonstrate an understanding of the principles of yoga, anatomy, and teaching methodology.

Certification is not guaranteed—it must be earned through participation, completion of all course requirements, and demonstration of competency in teaching.

7. Disclaimers

Southern Soul does not guarantee certification, employment, or financial success upon completion of the Yoga Teacher Training program. Results will depend on the Client’s dedication, teaching ability, and application of the knowledge gained.

The Client acknowledges that Southern Soul is not responsible for any injuries or liabilities incurred through participation in the Program. The Client is solely responsible for their own health and safety during training and practice.

8. Amendments

Southern Soul reserves the right to update or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of any material changes via email.

📌 FINAL ACKNOWLEDGEMENT

By enrolling in the 200-Hour Yoga Teacher Training program, the Client acknowledges and agrees to all terms outlined in this Agreement.
